Ashley's Story
Some of you may or may not know our daughter Ashley (Ash) Moore. We lost Ashley in March of 2022, her senior year, to a head on collision. She had everything going for her.
A Plainfield High School student and was going to graduate with Summa Cum Laude in the coming months. She had just been accepted into Ball State in the honors program. We had in fact just put down the deposit for her dorm at Ball State. She was even working on applying for the Scholarship with IPA that week of the accident. Had been a two year member of Madison Scouts drum corps and had just signed a contract with Blue Knights a month before the accident. In a blink of an eye it was gone.
She was even able to give life to someone after her passing by being an organ donor. That is the kind of human being she was. We always wanted to start a foundation in her name to keep her memory alive and give back to help students within Hendricks County that loved the marching arts like she did.
